By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 第1条（サービス内容 / Description of Service） 本サービスは、日本国内のライブ・音楽イベント等に関する情報を、公開情報を基に収集・整理し、提供する情報提供型サービスです。 Article 1 (Description of Service) The Service provides information related to live performances, music events, and similar events in Japan, collected and organized based on publicly available sources. イベント情報は利便性向上のために再整理されたものであり、イベントデータそのものの権利を主張するものではありません。 Event information is reorganized solely for user convenience. We do not claim ownership of the event data itself. 公式情報については、必ず主催者または公式ウェブサイトの発表をご確認ください。 Official websites and announcements by event organizers should always be considered the authoritative source. 第2条（利用条件・年齢制限 / Eligibility） 本サービスは、13歳以上の方を対象としています。 13歳未満の方は本サービスを利用できません。 Article 2 (Eligibility) The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Service. 未成年者が本サービスを利用する場合、保護者の同意と責任のもとで利用するものとします。 If you are a minor, you must use the Service under the consent and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. 第3条（情報の正確性・免責 / Disclaimer） 本サービスは、情報の正確性、完全性、または最新性を保証するものではありません。 Article 3 (Disclaimer) The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. 当サイトは、以下について一切の責任を負いません。 The Service shall not be liable for any of the following: ・イベント内容の変更・中止・満席 ・チケット購入、来場、移動等に関する損害 ・外部サイトの内容または取引 ・ユーザー間または第三者とのトラブル Changes, cancellations, or sold-out events Damages related to ticket purchases, attendance, or transportation Content or transactions on external websites Disputes between users or with third parties ユーザーは、会場への来場、チケット購入、法令や地域ルールの遵守について、すべて自己責任で行うものとします。 Users are solely responsible for attending venues, purchasing tickets, and complying with applicable laws and local regulations. 第4条（ユーザーの責任 / User Responsibility） ユーザーは、自己の判断と責任において本サービスを利用するものとします。 Article 4 (User Responsibility) Users shall use the Service at their own discretion and responsibility. イベント会場の規則、法令、主催者の指示等は、すべてユーザー自身が確認・遵守するものとします。 Users are responsible for confirming and complying with venue rules, applicable laws, and organizer instructions. 第5条（禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct） ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。 Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct) Users shall not engage in the following actions: ・法令または公序良俗に反する行為 ・本サービスの運営を妨害する行為 ・虚偽情報の登録または送信 ・不正アクセス、改ざん、過度な負荷をかける行為 ・当サイトに掲載された独自記事、インタビュー等の無断商用利用または転載 Acts that violate laws or public order and morals Interference with the operation of the Service Submission or transmission of false information Unauthorized access, tampering, or actions that impose excessive load Unauthorized commercial use or reproduction of original articles or interviews on the Service 第6条（情報の利用・スクレイピング / Use of Data） 本サービスは、技術的なスクレイピング行為自体を一律に禁止するものではありません。 Article 6 (Use of Data) The Service does not categorically prohibit technical scraping activities. ただし、以下の行為を禁止します。 However, the following actions are prohibited: ・独自に制作した記事、インタビュー、編集コンテンツの商用利用 ・当サイトの内容をそのまま再配布または販売する行為 ・本サービスをデータベースとして競合サービスを構築する行為 Commercial use of original articles, interviews, or editorial content Redistribution or resale of the Service’s content in its original form Using the Service as a database to build competing services 第7条（著作権 / Intellectual Property） 本サービスに掲載される独自記事、文章構成、デザイン等の著作権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。 Article 7 (Intellectual Property) Copyrights for original articles, written content, structure, and design on the Service belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders. 第8条（サービスの変更・終了 / Modification & Termination） 運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、追加、または終了することができます。 Article 8 (Modification & Termination) The operator may modify, add to, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. 第9条（利用規約の変更 / Changes to Terms） 運営者は、本規約を随時変更することができます。 Article 9 (Changes to Terms) The operator may revise these Terms from time to time. 変更後の規約は、本サービス上に掲載された時点から効力を生じます。 Revised Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the Service. 本規約変更後も本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。 Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 第10条（反社会的勢力の排除） ユーザーは、反社会的勢力に該当せず、また将来にわたっても関与しないことを保証するものとします。 Article 10 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces) Users represent and warrant that they are not affiliated with anti-social forces and will not be involved with them in the future. 第11条（有料イベント掲載 / Paid Event Listings） 本条は、JGIG に有料でイベントの掲載を申し込む方（以下「主催者」）に適用されます。価格、支払い、返金・キャンセルの詳細は「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に定めるとおりであり、本条と矛盾する場合は同表記が優先します。 Article 11 (Paid Event Listings) This Article applies to those who apply to have an event listed on JGIG for a fee (“Organizers”). Prices, payment, refunds, and cancellations are as set out in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice, which prevails if it conflicts with this Article. 1. 掲載基準 日本国内の音楽ライブ・DJ イベントで、主催者の連絡先と公式情報を確認できるものに限ります。差別的、違法、公序良俗に反する内容、虚偽または架空のイベントは掲載できません。 1. Listing Criteria Only music live and DJ events held in Japan are eligible, provided the Organizer’s contact details and official information can be verified. Discriminatory or illegal content, content contrary to public order and morals, and false or fictitious events cannot be listed. 2. 素材の権利と許諾 主催者は、提供するフライヤー、写真、文章などの素材について、必要な権利を有していること、および第三者の権利を侵害しないことを保証します。主催者は、JGIG が掲載のために素材を複製、再ホスト、加工（サイズ変更等）して表示することを許諾します。写真は、主催者が指定するクレジットを表記します。第三者から権利侵害の申し立てがあった場合、JGIG は当該素材または掲載を直ちに非表示にすることができます。 2. Rights in Materials and Permission The Organizer represents that it holds the necessary rights to the flyers, photos, text, and other materials it provides and that they do not infringe third-party rights. The Organizer permits JGIG to copy, re-host, and process (for example, resize) the materials for display in the listing. Photos are credited as specified by the Organizer. If a third party claims infringement, JGIG may immediately hide the material or the listing. 3. 内容の正確性 掲載内容（日時、料金、出演者、チケット情報など）の正確性は主催者の責任です。変更があった場合は、速やかに JGIG に連絡してください。 3. Accuracy of Content The Organizer is responsible for the accuracy of the listed content (date and time, prices, performers, ticket information, and so on) and must promptly notify JGIG of any change. 4. 編集権と掲載拒否権 JGIG は、表記の統一、翻訳・要約、レイアウトのために、掲載内容を編集することができます。また、掲載基準に合わないと判断した場合、または掲載後に基準に合わないことが判明した場合、掲載を拒否し、または非表示にすることができます。この場合の返金は、特定商取引法に基づく表記に従います。 4. Editorial Rights and Right to Refuse JGIG may edit listed content for consistency, translation, summarization, and layout. JGIG may refuse or hide a listing that does not meet, or is found not to meet, the listing criteria. Refunds in this case follow the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice. 5. Sponsored 表示と外部リンク 有料掲載は、主催者から対価を受けて掲載していることを示すため、英語ページでは「Sponsored」、日本語ページでは「PR」と表示します。主催者はこの表示を外すことを求めることはできません。有料掲載ページの外部リンクには rel="sponsored" を付与します。 5. Sponsored Label and External Links To show that a listing is published in exchange for payment from the Organizer, paid listings are labelled “Sponsored” on English pages and “PR” on Japanese pages. The Organizer may not request removal of the label. External links on paid listing pages carry rel="sponsored". 6. 中止・延期 イベントが中止または延期された場合、主催者は速やかに JGIG に連絡してください。JGIG は、ページに中止または延期の旨を表示します。返金およびキャンセルの扱いは、特定商取引法に基づく表記に従います。 6. Cancellation and Postponement If the event is cancelled or postponed, the Organizer must promptly notify JGIG. JGIG will show a cancellation or postponement notice on the page. Refunds and cancellations follow the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice. 7. 成果の非保証・表示の保証範囲 JGIG は、来場者数、チケット販売数などの成果を保証しません。「開催当日の先頭表示」は、開催日（日本時間 0:00〜23:59）に、対象都市の一覧で Sponsored の先頭枠に表示することを指します。この表示が JGIG の都合により合計 2 時間を超えて欠けた場合は、特定商取引法に基づく表記に定める対応を行います。同日の当日保証は 1 日あたり 2 件までとし、枠には上限があります。 7. No Guarantee of Results; Scope of Top Placement JGIG does not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, or other results. “Top placement on the day of the event” means display in the first Sponsored slot of the listings for the relevant city on the event date (00:00–23:59 JST). If this placement is missing for more than 2 hours in total for reasons on JGIG’s side, JGIG will respond as set out in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice. Day-of placement is limited to 2 events per day, and slots are limited. 8. 責任 JGIG は、JGIG の故意または重大な過失による損害については、責任を負います。それ以外の場合、JGIG の責任は、法令で認められる範囲で、当該掲載について主催者が支払った金額を上限とします。ただし、主催者が消費者契約法上の消費者に当たる場合、同法その他の法令により認められない範囲で、JGIG の責任を免除または制限するものではありません。天災、通信・インフラの障害、外部サービスの停止など、JGIG の責めに帰すことができない事由による損害については、特定商取引法に基づく表記に定める対応を除き、責任を負いません。 8. Liability JGIG is liable for damages caused by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence. In other cases, to the extent permitted by law, JGIG’s liability is limited to the amount the Organizer paid for the relevant listing. If the Organizer is a consumer under the Consumer Contract Act, nothing in this Article exempts or limits JGIG’s liability to the extent that act or other laws do not allow it. JGIG is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, communication or infrastructure failures, outages of external services, or other causes not attributable to JGIG, except for the responses set out in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act notice. 9. 個人情報 主催者の個人情報の取扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに従います。 9. Personal Information The Organizer’s personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 第12条（準拠法・管轄 / Governing Law） 本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。 Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
