Discord: the Organizer’s name or organization name, email address, and a summary of the application (sent to a notification destination used only by the operator). United States and other countries. Supabase: application data (including name, email address, and listing materials). Database and storage located in Sydney, Australia. Vercel: access information (such as IP address) and the transmission of the application form. United States. Cloudflare: access information (such as IP address) and the transmission of the application form. United States and other countries (data centers worldwide). Google implements appropriate data protection measures. When you pay through Stripe, Stripe collects and manages payment information (such as credit card numbers); the Site does not store card numbers. Your name, email address, and payment amount are shared with Stripe to the extent necessary for payment. Stripe may process data outside Japan (including in the United States). 4. User Rights Users may request the following regarding their personal information: ・内容の確認 ・削除の請求 Access to their personal information Request for deletion 請求は下記問い合わせ先よりご連絡ください。 Requests should be made using the contact information below. 6. 主催者情報の保管期間と第三者提供 有料イベント掲載の申込時に取得した主催者の情報は、アクセス制限のある環境で保管します。請求・入金に関する記録は、会計・税務上の必要な期間（法令に定める期間）保管し、連絡先は掲載終了後も、問い合わせ対応および次回以降の案内のために、削除の請求があるまで保管します。支払いが行われなかった申込は、最後の更新から30日後（決済画面を開いた申込は90日後）に、アップロードされた画像とともに削除します。ただし、審査待ちの申込は、最後の公演日が過ぎるまで保管します。主催者の個人情報は、メール送信・運営者への通知・データの保管・サイトの運用・決済を委託する事業者（上記「3. 外部サービスの利用」のResend、Discord、Supabase、Vercel、Cloudflare、Stripe）に、それぞれの目的に必要な範囲で取り扱わせることがありますが、法令に基づく場合および業務委託先を除き、第三者に提供しません。掲載ページに公開される情報（イベント名、日時、会場、出演者、主催者が指定した連絡先やリンク等）は、主催者が掲載を申し込んだ時点で公開に同意したものとして扱います。 6. Retention and Third-Party Disclosure of Organizer Data Information obtained when applying for a paid event listing is stored in an access-restricted environment. Billing and payment records are retained for the period required for accounting and tax purposes under applicable laws. Contact details are retained after the listing ends, for responding to inquiries and for later announcements, until deletion is requested. Applications that are never paid are deleted, together with their uploaded images, 30 days after their last update (90 days if the payment page was opened). However, applications awaiting review are kept until the date of their last show has passed. The Organizer’s personal information may be handled by the service providers we entrust with sending emails, notifying the operator, storing data, operating the Site, and processing payments (Resend, Discord, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, and Stripe, as listed in “3. Use of External Services” above), only to the extent necessary for each purpose. Except where required by law and except for these service providers, we do not disclose the Organizer’s personal information to third parties. Information published on the listing page (event name, date, venue, performers, and the contact details and links the Organizer specifies) is treated as published with the Organizer’s consent at the time of application. 7. セキュリティ対策 当サイトは、合理的なセキュリティ対策を講じ、個人情報の保護に努めます。 7.
