No additional fees or shipping charges apply. If a discount applies (for example, a campaign), the price shown on the payment screen at the time of payment applies. The launch offer (50% off day 1) is for the first 20 paid applications and applies only if a slot is still left when you pay. JGIG is a tax-exempt business and does not issue qualified invoices (invoices under the Japanese invoice system). A receipt or payment statement is issued instead. 商品・サービス内容 日本国内の音楽ライブ・DJ イベントについて、JGIG 上に有料で掲載するサービスです。内容は、特設イベントページの作成・公開、一覧ページ等での優先表示（Home の Featured 枠、初回訪問時のおすすめ表示を含む）、開催当日の先頭表示です。有料掲載は常に「Sponsored」（日本語ページでは「PR」）と表示されます。 掲載は広告・告知の提供であり、来場者数、チケット販売数、売上などの成果を保証するものではありません。 Product / Service Description A paid listing service for music live and DJ events in Japan on JGIG. It consists of creating and publishing a dedicated event page, priority placement on listing pages (including the Featured section on the Home page and a one-time recommendation to first-time visitors), and top placement on the day of the event. Paid listings are always labelled “Sponsored” (“PR” on Japanese pages). The listing is an advertising and announcement service. We do not guarantee attendance, ticket sales, revenue, or any other result. 申込条件 ・日本国内で開催される音楽ライブ・DJ イベントで、主催者の連絡先と公式情報を確認できるものに限ります。 ・差別的、違法、公序良俗に反する内容は掲載できません。掲載基準に合わないと判断した場合は掲載せず、お支払い済みの金額を全額返金します。 ・フライヤー、写真、文章などの素材について、必要な権利を有していること、および JGIG が再ホスト・表示することへの許諾が必要です。 ・掲載枠には上限があり、先着順です。上限に達した場合はお断りすることがあります。 ・詳細は利用規約をご確認ください。 Application Conditions ・Only music live and DJ events held in Japan are eligible, provided the organizer’s contact details and official information can be verified. ・Content that is discriminatory, illegal, or contrary to public order and morals cannot be listed. If we determine that an event does not meet the listing criteria, we will not list it and will refund the full amount paid. ・You must hold the necessary rights to the flyers, photos, and text you provide, and permit JGIG to re-host and display them. ・Slots are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. We may decline an application when the limit is reached. ・Please see the Terms of Service for details. 支払い方法 ・クレジットカード決済（決済代行サービス：Stripe） お申し込みの送信直後に、決済画面（Stripe Checkout）でお支払いいただきます。 Payment Method ・Credit card payment (payment processing service: Stripe) Payment is made on the secure checkout screen (Stripe Checkout) right after you submit the application. 支払い時期 お申し込み時に、クレジットカードでお支払いいただきます。JGIG が内容を確認し、承認しなかった場合は、お支払い済みの金額を全額、自動的に返金します。承認した時点で公開します。 Payment Timing Payment is made by credit card at the time of application. If JGIG does not approve the application, the full amount paid is refunded automatically. The listing is published when we approve it. サービス提供時期 お申し込みの内容を確認して承認した時点で公開します。承認は、原則としてお申し込みから 4 営業日以内に行います。 掲載期間は、公開日から開催日（連日開催の場合は最終日）までです。開催日の翌日に、優先表示は自動的に終了します。 Service Delivery Timing The listing is published when we approve the application. In principle, we decide within 4 business days of the application. The listing period runs from the publication date to the event date (the last day, for a multi-day event). Priority placement ends automatically the day after. キャンセル・返金について 本サービスはデジタルサービスであり、公開後は役務の提供が始まるため、以下の場合を除き返金には応じられません。（通信販売にクーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。） 1. JGIG が承認しなかった場合、および公開前のお取り消し 承認しなかった場合は、全額を自動的に返金します。公開前の主催者のご都合によるお取り消し（イベントの中止を含む）は、お支払い額から決済代行会社（Stripe）の決済手数料（消費税を含む）相当額を差し引いて返金します。決済手数料は返金しても決済代行会社から戻らないためです。 2. 公開後の主催者のご都合・イベント中止 返金はありません。ページに中止の旨を表示します。 3. イベントの延期 当初の開催日から 90 日以内であれば、1 回に限り無償で日程を変更します。 4. JGIG の都合により、予定した掲載期間の全期間で掲載できなかった場合 全額返金します。 5. JGIG の都合により、予定した掲載期間の一部で掲載できなかった場合 期間の延長、同等の枠での代替掲載、日割りでの返金のいずれかで対応します。開催日を過ぎてしまう場合は返金します。 6. 「開催当日の先頭表示」が、JGIG の都合により合計 2 時間を超えて欠けた場合 掲載料の 50% を返金します。同額のクレジット（次回以降の掲載料への充当）を選ぶこともできます。 7. 天災、通信・インフラの障害、外部サービスの停止など、JGIG の責めに帰すことができない事由により掲載できなかった場合 JGIG の責任は負いません。ただし、5 に準じて、期間の延長または代替掲載を可能な範囲で行います。 返金は Stripe を通じて、お支払いに使用したカードへ行います。 上記は、消費者契約法その他の法令に基づくお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。 Refunds and Cancellations This is a digital service and performance begins when the listing is published, so refunds are not available except in the cases below. (The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales.) 1. JGIG does not approve the application, or cancellation before publication If we do not approve the application, the full amount is refunded automatically. If the organizer cancels before publication for their own reasons (including when the event is cancelled), we refund the amount paid minus the payment processing fee charged by our payment provider (Stripe), including consumption tax, because the provider does not return that fee on refunds. 2. Organizer’s circumstances or event cancellation after publication No refund. A cancellation notice is shown on the page. 3. Event postponement One free change of date is allowed if the new date is within 90 days of the original date. 4. JGIG could not list the event for the whole planned period for reasons on JGIG’s side Full refund. 5. JGIG could not list the event for part of the planned period for reasons on JGIG’s side We will extend the period, provide a replacement placement of equal value, or refund pro rata. If the event date has passed, we will refund. 6. The top placement on the day of the event was missing for more than 2 hours in total for reasons on JGIG’s side A 50% refund of the listing fee. You may choose a credit of the same amount toward a later listing instead. 7. The listing could not be shown due to natural disasters, communication or infrastructure failures, outages of external services, or other causes not attributable to JGIG We are not liable. In line with item 5, we will extend the period or provide a replacement placement where possible. Refunds are made through Stripe to the card used for payment.
