Scope and method

Source: JGIG’s own listings, taken from the live houses’ public schedules. The period runs from May 1, 2026 to Oct 17, 2026, and only shows dated before today (Japan time) count. 1,514 shows at 13 live houses: Tokyo 9, Osaka 4. Computed on Oct 18, 2026 (Japan time) and recomputed daily.

This covers the live houses JGIG tracks, not every show in Japan. Shows at other venues, and hall rentals, private parties and closed days, are left out.

Advance price is the advance ticket price in yen when it is above zero and below ¥30,000; the door price is not used. The mean is the arithmetic mean rounded to the yen. A median or mean is shown only from 5 prices. Start time is the listed start, not doors; starts from midnight to 5:59 and invalid times are dropped. Weekdays come from the Japan date.

Completed months are the months before the current month (Japan time) that have data. Active live houses in a month are tracked live houses with at least one show that month; shows per live house is shows divided by active live houses, to one decimal.

Left out of a number, but still counted as shows: 1 advance price at or above ¥30,000, 80 shows with no advance price, 5 late-night or invalid starts and 104 shows with no start time.
