Availability

Limited slots, first come first served

At most 2 sponsored shows are pinned per show day, and the homepage shows 3 Featured shows at a time. Booking early keeps your show featured for longer, from publication until the show.

What to send

Materials we need

  • Event name, date, door and start times
  • Venue name (English / Japanese), address and nearest station
  • Ticket prices (advance, door, drink charge) and how to buy tickets
  • Flyer image (long edge 1,200px or more) and permission for JGIG to host it
  • Lineup with roles (headliner, special guest, opening act, DJ) and hometowns
  • Optional: artist photos with credits, a 200-600 character English description, official links

How it works

From request to report

  1. Apply by email or tell us about your show.
  2. We review your materials against our listing criteria.
  3. You pay by card (Stripe) or bank transfer.
  4. We publish your page within 2 business days of payment and materials.
  5. After the show, you get a short report.

Policies

Labels, review and refunds

  • Every paid listing is labelled Sponsored listing. The page discloses that the organizer paid for the listing.
  • We review every request. We list music live and DJ events in Japan whose organizer and official information we can verify, and we may decline others (full refund if already paid).
  • Cancel before publication for a full refund. After publication, cancellations by the organizer are not refunded. If we cannot show your listing as promised, we extend it, give a replacement slot or refund.
  • JGIG is not registered for the invoice system, so we cannot issue qualified invoices. We issue a receipt or payment statement instead.
  • A listing is advertising, not a guarantee of attendance or ticket sales. Payments by card are processed by Stripe. Legal notice (commercial transactions)
