Slots are limited and first come, first served: at most 2 sponsored shows per day, and 3 on the home page at a time. Booking early keeps your show featured for longer.

FAQ
Questions organizers ask
Which events qualify?
Live music and DJ events in Tokyo or Osaka, where we can confirm the organizer and the official information. We decline discriminatory, illegal or otherwise inappropriate events.
My venue is not listed on JGIG. Can I still apply?
Yes. Choose “Another venue” in the form and add the address and nearest station. Your page shows the venue details.
I only have Japanese material.
Pages are in English and built from the text you enter, so please fill in the form in English. Translation tools such as DeepL are fine.
My event runs several days, or I have a tour.
One application covers it. Consecutive days at one venue get one page with the date range; separate dates or venues get one page each, linked to each other. Day 2 onwards is 30% off.
What if something changes, sells out or is cancelled?
You get a private edit link. Change anything until we approve; after that, mark the show sold out, postponed or cancelled and it shows on the page at once.
Refunds?
If we do not approve your show, you get a full refund. If you cancel before publication, we refund your payment minus the card processing fee (about 4% including tax). After publication, cancellations by the organizer are not refunded. If we cannot show your listing as promised (including more than 2 hours missing from the show-day slot), we extend it, give a replacement slot or refund, as set out in our legal notice.
Can you issue a qualified invoice?
No. JGIG is not registered for the invoice system, so we issue a receipt or payment statement instead.
